Bu sayfa şu sorulara doğrudan cevap verir

  • Repurpose podcast into blog newsletter and social from one transcript

Özet cevap · Answer

Five skills explode one episode into a full content calendar in minutes—not a single lazy LinkedIn post. Official product: Gumroad link on this page.

The problem

You recorded an hour of gold. 200 people heard it. Then it died.

You spent hours preparing, recording, and editing. The insights, the stories, the frameworks — it's the best content you create. Then you hit publish. A few hundred people listen. And that's it.

Meanwhile, the same ideas — rewritten as a Twitter thread — would reach 10,000 people. As a LinkedIn article, another 5,000. As a newsletter, your entire email list. As a blog post, Google traffic for months.

Your podcast isn't underperforming. You're leaving 90% of its value locked inside an audio file.

Repurposing one episode properly takes 3–4 hours of rewriting for each platform. You don't have 4 extra hours. So you don't do it. This kit changes that.

/podcast-ops

The Episode-to-Empire Pipeline

The core engine. Feed it a transcript, show notes, or even bullet points. Produces every output format in one run. Handles solo and guest episodes differently — guest episodes auto-generate taggable content, quote cards, and co-promotion materials.

/podcast-ops [transcript] — Solo episode

/podcast-ops guest-episode [transcript] [guest name] — Guest episode

/podcast-ops batch [episode 1] [episode 2] — Multiple episodes

/content-engine

Platform-Native Transformation

Take one specific insight from an episode and expand it across all platforms — not the full episode, just the best 3-minute segment turned into a full content set.

/social-content

Platform-Specific Writing

Dedicated writing optimized for each platform's algorithm: Twitter hooks, LinkedIn "see more" openers, TikTok script pacing, Instagram carousel structure, YouTube SEO descriptions.

/humanizer

Kill the Robot Voice

Every output runs through AI pattern detection — removes 50+ AI tells including "delve into," "it's worth noting," etc. Adds natural rhythm, conversational tone, and voice consistency.

/blog-writer

Full SEO Expansion

Takes your episode's core topic and produces a full 2,000+ word SEO-optimized blog post — headings, FAQ section (AI citation opportunities), internal links, and evergreen traffic structure.

Platform playbook

Algorithm Rules Built Into Every Output

Not copy-pasted. Each platform has different rules. The kit knows them.

Twitter/X Thread

  • Hook: counterintuitive claim or bold statement (not "In this episode...")
  • Each tweet standalone-shareable
  • No external links until final tweet
  • Self-reply within 30 min for algorithm boost

LinkedIn Article

  • First 3 lines must compel the "See more" click
  • Personal story opener from the episode
  • Numbered takeaways for scannability
  • Tag guest — their network sees it

Newsletter

  • One main idea, not a summary of everything
  • Your personal take + why you believe it
  • 3–5 actionable items readers can use today
  • Single CTA at the end

SEO Blog Post

  • Keyword-targeted title from episode topic
  • 2,000+ words for competitive ranking
  • FAQ section = AI citation opportunities
  • Evergreen traffic for months after publish

Guest episode multiplier

Every Guest Becomes a Distribution Channel

Guest quote card

Shareable graphic with their best line from the episode

Guest-tagged LinkedIn post

Their network sees it — free distribution to a new audience

Thread framed on their framework

Positions you as a curator of valuable ideas

Email to guest ready

FAQ

Common Questions

What do I need as input — a full transcript or just notes?

The /podcast-ops skill works with a full transcript, rough show notes, or even a list of bullet points from your episode. A full transcript produces the best output, but the skill is designed to work with what you have.

How is this different from just copying my transcript into ChatGPT?

ChatGPT doesn't know the specific algorithm rules for each platform. This kit has platform-native rules built in: Twitter hooks that don't start with "In this episode", LinkedIn openers engineered for the "See more" click, newsletter structure that drives action, blog posts with FAQ sections for AI citation. Generic prompts produce generic output.

Does it work for guest interview episodes?

Yes — and it produces extra content. Guest episodes trigger the co-promotion workflow: guest-tagged LinkedIn post, guest quote card, a thread framed around their framework, and a draft email you can send them with content for their audience. Every guest becomes a distribution channel.

Can I process multiple episodes at once?

Yes. The /podcast-ops batch mode accepts multiple transcripts in one run. Useful for processing a backlog of episodes you've never repurposed.

Does the humanizer skill remove the AI voice from the outputs?

Yes — it's included in the kit and runs on every output. The repurposed content won't sound like AI wrote it. It detects 50+ AI patterns and replaces them with natural rhythm, specific language, and your voice.

How long does the full pipeline take per episode?

20 minutes for a full run producing all 12+ formats. The blog post expansion (/blog-writer) takes another 5–10 minutes if you want a full 2,000+ word SEO article.

Do I need Claude Code or can I use the Claude API directly?

Claude Code is the recommended runner. Any Claude API-compatible agent runner also works. No coding experience required — paste transcript, run command, get output.

What podcast formats does this support?

Solo episodes, guest interviews, and panel discussions. The guest episode workflow is specifically designed for interview formats. Panel episodes work with the standard /podcast-ops command.
